Livelihood and Training
Economic empowerment is central to our commitment to inclusive and sustainable growth. We organize and strengthen community cooperatives and people’s organizations across our host and neighboring communities, supporting them through livelihood and social enterprise initiatives that generate long-term income and employment. These include agri-farming, egg-laying and poultry projects, seedling nurseries, communal gardening, aquaculture, food processing, handicrafts and weaving, woodcraft, moringa production, and small-scale manufacturing and printing enterprises.
We provide technical and financial assistance through skills training, leadership and management development, financial literacy programs, study tours, and access to capital, equipment, raw materials, and farm inputs. In partnership with government agencies such as TESDA, we support technical education and vocational training, establish skills training centers, and help graduates build sustainable businesses and employment opportunities within their communities.
Through market-linked enterprise development, food security programs, and women-led livelihood initiatives, we enable local enterprises to grow, strengthen household incomes, and build pathways toward long-term economic independence—creating resilient communities that thrive alongside our operations.
