Health and Safety

FNI is firmly committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees, contractors, and stakeholders across our operations. Our approach is built on proactive risk management, compliance with national occupational safety standards, and the promotion of a culture of safety that prioritizes prevention, awareness, and preparedness.

We implement comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies that apply to all personnel, covering hazard identification, risk assessment, and the implementation of control measures. Employees and contractors are actively involved in safety programs and are empowered to report hazards, participate in safety committees, and provide feedback to continuously improve safety protocols.

Training is a cornerstone of our safety culture. Employees participate in regular safety workshops, emergency response drills, and technical sessions covering workplace hazards, environmental protection, disaster preparedness, and occupational health. Programs are tailored to different roles and include both in-person and digital learning options to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.

In addition to workplace safety, FNI provides comprehensive occupational health services. Employees have access to on-site medical consultations, preventive care, and emergency response services, including first aid and vaccinations. Voluntary wellness initiatives address broader health concerns, including non-occupational risks, mental well-being, and preventive health measures.

Emergency preparedness is integral to our operations. Clear protocols, designated response teams, and periodic drills ensure readiness for incidents ranging from natural disasters to workplace emergencies. Regular inspections, audits, and risk reviews ensure that controls remain effective and continuously improve the safety system.
